Fantastic location that is close to the beach and 5th Ave. The unit has wonderful and private outdoor space on the rooftop with a huge view of the ocean.

Our family was stunned by the listing! 🫶 The place is just beautiful a 4 minute walk to the beach. The intimate rooftop pool was a plus for the quieter days and the view was simply majestic! Several amenities were available to us like an umbrella and beach chairs! Our hostess was very kind and very responsive not to mention her handyman who comes to do a walk if we need it! A stone's throw from the very touristy fifth avenue, a grocery store and even a fruit shop.

absolutely stunning place! perfect location, perfect views, and best part is the private pool! only issue we had was the fridge doesn't get cold enough to keep food fresh or have ice.. other than that, I absolutely love this place and would definitely book here in the future.

From start to finish, this was just an amazing stay. I can’t wait to come back. Sandra, the owner, is extremely helpful and treated us so good. It was so easy to get into the property and the instructions were very clear. As for the property itself - it’s a beautiful condo with an amazing rooftop pool and outdoor kitchen. The view is simply stunning. Inside the condo was very spacious - big bedrooms and a beautiful space. The rooftop really steals the show, we spent so much time up there. The location is perfect. A quick walk to the beach, to restaurants, shopping, cafes, etc. it was near everything we wanted to be close to, but also felt peaceful. I would strongly recommend Sandra’s place for anyone to stay in playa del Carmen - definitely beats any hotel!

The condo is VERY nice, all the furnishings, beds and amenities are fantastic and the overall feel of the place is great. The rooftop patio with pool is out of this world - we spent a LOT of time lounging up there - there is a propane grill, and an out of this world view of the ocean. Sandra was fantastic and responsive and very helpful. We will definitely be back and i highly recommend her listing.

Impeccable, as in the photos, a lot of privacy, elevator, friendly and attentive staff both from Sandra, and those in charge of the building. there are 2 swimming pools, a private pool for the penthouse and another for the guests of the building, the house offers many amenities and we were greeted with sweets, water and beer, we had problems with the water and they resolved it immediately, although the lack of water in Playa del Carmen was resolved in minutes

Excellent place to stay. Can’t say enough of how well equipped and exceptional views this place has. Excellent location. Close to everything you need and want. Sandra was excellent to communicate with. Pool and roof top are indescribable. Loss for words on the view from every angle of this place. Would highly recommend. Apartment is beautifully decorated and lacking of nothing you need for your stay.

We were excited to find this new listing, as it had exactly what we were looking for. Stunning ocean views, close proximity to the beach (a few minutes walk) and a private pool. Check-in was a breeze with a code for the door. The place was immaculate and the gorgeous views from all the rooms made every moment feel luxurious. The rooftop pool and bbq were the cherry on top! The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. Can't wait to book this gem again for our next trip to Playa del Carmen.
